for Chamber Orchestra Eduard Strauss (1835–1916) was the younger brother of Johann Strauss II and Josef Strauss, part of the musical dynasty that was wildly successful for their Viennese dance music. Luftig und Duftig is a fast polka that was composed in 1882, with a title that means 'Light and fragrant'.
